I highly recommend Ros Plumbing. Niall and a member of his team, Fernando, came out to diagnose the cause of a leak, which left me without water for three days. They corrected the problem (replacing an aged pump) the next day. Additionally, they corrected an old issue which resulted in no heat, and installed a new thermostat and garbage disposal unit both of which were no longer functioning. All within five hours! Not only are they talented and efficient and reasonably priced but they are also personable -when everything is going wrong, a nice demeanor goes a long way! Thanks Niall and Fernando!

Our radiant floor heating stopped working suddenly, just as winter was setting in. Our place became very cold in the evenings through the early mornings, and we have little ones at home. We called up Niall to see if we could get some help with getting our radiant flooring turned back on.

When we spoke to Niall on the phone, and explained our situation - he was extremely kind & empathetic. He immediately said he'd see if he could come out that morning to get the water heater fixed and re-enable the radiant floors.

Our radiant heating boiler stopped working. ROS came out and discovered the system was installed poorly, resulting in the boiler to stop working much sooner than it should have. He recommended we replace the boiler rather than spend money to do maintenance work on a recurring basis. That same day he gave me a cost quote and then came out the following week to install it.
